Apparently, there was a bomb scare at Chicks on Tuesday. Too bad I wasnt there to enjoy any of the action. Police found a suspicious piece of luggage in the parking lot and they had to evacuate the whole store and everyone was sent home. I always miss out at work. Anyways, I still don’t like working and its harder to find another job because I don’t want a job that is any lower than Chick’ so I guess Ill have to stay there for a little while longer.

We had our first test in class the other day and I think I did pretty well for my first test. Im just hoping I can pass all my classes this semester. And I still havent gotten any word from Cal State LA yet. I still dont know if I am going to be able to go there for their winter session. I hope I can because I need to get my education. I don’t want to spend another semester at PCC.

I didnt know this but my mom told me that there is a large population of Vietnamese people in Louisiana and after what happened with Hurricane Katrina, they need people who can speak Vietnamese to go down there and help interpreting for them. My mom volunteered to go because they were passing around a sign up list at work and she was chosen to go. She said that she will be gone for about nine days but she doesn’t know when she is going to leave.

I havent run in about a week. I’ve been really lazy this week. I always feel that I am wasting away if I dont get out in exercise because all I do is drink soda and eat red meat.
